At HYPER STYLE CO, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping partner, allowing us to deliver throughout Australia. Please review the following details regarding shipping options, processing times, and costs.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 3 p.m or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. You will also receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Please Note: Some orders may be subject to delays due to high demand, limited stock, or custom design requirements. In such cases, our team will notify you via email with an estimated shipping time frame. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.


Shipping Options and Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery speed.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days for NSW orders & 3-6 business days for interstate orders.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited delivery within 1-2 business days for NSW orders & 1-3 business days for interstate orders (subject to availability and location).


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email to monitor its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on Australia Post’s website.


Shipping Limitations

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted areas. Orders to these addresses may be cancelled, and the customers will be notified by email.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you believe your order is lost or delayed, please contact us at hyperstyleco.main@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.


Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours at hyperstyleco.main@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
