HYPER STYLE CO Refund and Return Policy

At HYPER STYLE CO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Certain items are NOT eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom-made designs (unless faulty).

  • Sale items, excluding the use of discount codes (unless faulty).


Return Process

To initiate a return contact us at hyperstyleco.main@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return request. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Any items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Refunds

HYPER STYLE CO does not usually offer refunds unless an item is faulty. Once a faulty item has been assessed we will process your refund, applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing times may vary depending on payment method.

Orders that are cancelled will incur a cancellation fee of 15%. If your order has not yet been processed for fulfilment, a 10% cancellation fee will still apply to cover website fees, processing charges, and the time required to initiate your refund.



Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hyperstyleco.main@gmail.com to check availability. Exchanges are only offered for items of the same value and must meet the return eligibility criteria. Shipping fees may apply.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your items arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hyperstyleco.main@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. As soon as the fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
